Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting careerzynith as the solution. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging
• Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships
• Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
• Providing exceptional customer service, answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
• Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales
• Collaborating with the sales team to share ideas and best practices
• Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

+ Hourly + Commissions + Training: $150-$300 + $800-$1500 at Beginner Level (1-4 months in the company after training) + $1600-$2500 at Advanced Level (5 months and onward) + No cap on commissions – your earnings will highly depend on your performance

Requirements

To succeed as a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll need:

• Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• C1-C2 English proficiency
• A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
• Full-Time Availability
