About the Role

As a Full Stack Product Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center platform. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of customer needs, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data science, to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute product roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive business growth

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Work with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions with our platform
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials
  • Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders and customers
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless integration with our contact center platform

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with customer service software and platforms (CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, CRM)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with careerzynith or similar companies

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with occasional travel to careerzynith offices
