Job Overview

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical account management role or similar position

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, APIs, and software development
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
