What You'll Be Doing
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, delivering exceptional customer experiences while working remotely in Texas. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
- Consulting with customers on health-related products with compassion and empathy
- Resolving customer issues with a smile and a commitment to excellence
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
