About the Role

As a Help Desk Administrator, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional live chat support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Assisting with website navigation and resolving issues through chat interfaces like Facebook Messenger
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring a positive online experience
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, measured through regular feedback and performance metrics

What You'll Need

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable tone
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
