The Role

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape our customers' perceptions of careerzynith. We're looking for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Answering customer calls professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported
  • Providing customers with our service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills (a plus)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written skills with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Some experience with CRM systems (a plus)
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
