The Role of a Live Chat Assistant at careerzynith As a Live Chat Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time through live chat, providing solutions, answering queries, and enhancing their overall experience. You'll be working on a business's website or social media platforms, responding to customer questions, offering sales links, providing discounts, and managing service issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle live chat communications on a business's website or social media platforms
  • Respond to customer questions and provide timely solutions

  • Manage service issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic communication
