Job Summary

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Agent – OnlyFans Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our content creators and their customers through live chat on the OnlyFans platform. You'll be the face of our brand, responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced online environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer messages on the OnlyFans platform in a timely and professional manner

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and empathetic tone
  • Share sales links and provide discounts to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with content creators to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to content creators
  • Stay up-to-date with OnlyFans platform updates, features, and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the digital or e-commerce industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
