Job Summary

As a Mandarin-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and resolving complex healthcare-related issues. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on healthcare services, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to resolve complex healthcare-related issues, ensuring seamless care coordination and communication
  • Utilize effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills to resolve patient complaints and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with careerzynith's quality and regulatory standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in healthcare customer service and communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in patient satisfaction and experience

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare-related issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and apply healthcare policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
