Job Brief
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Mobile Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Mobile Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders, and escalating issues across various communication channels. Responsibilities
As a Mobile Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, or chat
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including social media and messaging apps
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide expert advice
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us improve
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support at all times
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers and navigating our customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience working with customer support software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
