Shift Details
As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. CST. While this is a remote position, you must live within 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI, to facilitate in-office training. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and our flexible schedule allows you to enjoy a better balance between your personal and professional life.
About the Role
As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
- Monitoring load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
- Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
- Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates within our systems
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and customers via phone, email, and chat
- Utilize TruckMate or similar TMS to schedule, assign, and monitor loads
- Communicate with drivers and driver managers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Address customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate records and input updates within our systems
What We're Looking For
* Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
- Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
- Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (transportation, logistics, business, etc.)
- 2-3 years of experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
