Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team on a night shift schedule. As a Night Shift Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and entering data into our company databases and computer systems. You will work closely with our data team and data manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities

* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits

• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
• Keeping information confidential
• Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
• Complying with data integrity and security policies
• Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions

Essential Qualifications

* Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk

• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
