Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced No-Code Systems Builder to join our team and help us build a scalable sales platform that integrates AI chatbot, CRM, email automation, Calendly, and Airtable. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project, leveraging your expertise in no-code development to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As a No-Code Systems Builder, you'll be responsible for:

• Building an AI chatbot (Tidio or Intercom + GPT) that answers inbound questions from designers and dealers 24/7, trained on brand PDFs (product data, environmental docs, specs, etc.)
• Connecting the chatbot to CRM (Airtable/SmartSuite) and logging all conversations in the CRM
• Creating an automated email engine that sends emails from careerzynith on behalf of Baux, pulling from contact database (CRM) to book meetings and respond to inquiries
• Setting up Calendly for embedded or linked booking flows, including both virtual and in-person options, location-aware, and tracking booking source and syncing with CRM
• Building a lead capture form with Tally or Typeform, embedded on careerzynith site, qualifying leads by region, project type, interest, and pushing leads to CRM and triggering flows
• Developing a CRM & Dashboard that tracks all contacts, inquiries, bookings, and conversations, including filters by brand, firm, project status, and dashboard with peak inquiry times, most-asked questions, and conversion tracking (Chat → Meeting → Win)
• Creating an automation layer with Zapier / Make, including daily digest email, weekly insight reports, notification triggers, chat/email log syncing, and new form entries → CRM → outreach flow
• Documenting internal setup guide + flowchart and SOPs for handing off to future clients, building as a template we can clone 10+ times

Timeline

We're aiming to complete this project within 7-10 days, with the following milestones:

• Phase 1: Chatbot, Calendly, CRM base scaffold ($600-$800)
• Phase 2: Automation layer, full email engine, final polish & docs ($1,200-$1,600)

Working Style

We're looking for a team player who can:

• Provide daily progress updates (Slack preferred)
• Be available for 1-2 quick calls during build
• Document all work and systems clearly

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with no-code development (e.g., Tally, Typeform, Airtable, SmartSuite, Zapier, Make)
• Strong understanding of AI chatbot development (Tidio or Intercom + GPT)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Airtable/SmartSuite)
• Ability to work with email automation and CRM connection
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills will be a plus:

• Experience training GPT on company-specific data
• Strong design sensibility (we care about clean UI)
• Prior work with email automation + CRM connection
• Ability to turn this into a repeatable, scalable template

The total budget for this project is $1,800-$2,400, paid in two phases:
