Job Summary:

As an Online Chat Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat, social media, and other digital channels. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the information they need and resolving simple problems in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website, answering customer questions and providing sales links and discounts

• Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully

Essential Qualifications:
