Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Online Community Moderator – Forum Chats and Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

What You'll Be Doing:
As a live chat moderator, you will be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Contract Length and Rate:
* Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
Skills and Background:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 10+ hours availability per week
- A reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
