Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via online chat with professionalism and clarity
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, orders, returns, and policies
  • Resolving customer issues effectively while adhering to company guidelines
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up when required

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Working Hours and Schedule

As a flexible work-from-home opportunity, you'll have the freedom to choose your own schedule.

We offer

  • Flexible work schedules available including day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Shift-based work: 6 to 8 hours per day depending on availability
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
