Job Summary

As an Online Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
