Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Clerk. As an careerzynith team member, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office. You'll support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Responsibilities

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data into careerzynith systems accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records
  • Organizing managers' calendars
  • Performing market research
  • Creating presentations as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus

Experience

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
