Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative with careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls and chat. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and you'll have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a consistent weekly anchor shift with flexible opportunities to add more hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer calls of varying types (i.e. service requests, billing questions, energy conservation advice, etc.) effectively and efficiently
* Utilize strong communication and active listening skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Leverage probing questions to gather information and resolve customer concerns
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Work Schedule
* Training Requirement:
+ Candidates must be available for full-time training (40 hours/week) for two consecutive weeks
+ Training takes place Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (exact schedule to be confirmed)
* Ongoing Work Schedule:
+ Mandatory shift: 8 hours every Monday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (exact shift to be scheduled)
+ Optional hours: Up to 12 additional hours can be scheduled throughout the week (Tuesday to Friday) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, depending on your availability and business needs

Requirements
* Ability to handle customer calls of varying types effectively and efficiently
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is a plus
* Basic MS Office knowledge and strong keyboard skills
* Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better!
+ Hardwired internet connection; wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
