Job Description
As a customer service representative at careerzynith, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through phone, email, or chat. You'll be the voice of careerzynith, helping customers with their queries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve:
- Using various communication channels to assist careerzynith customers, including phone, email, or chat
- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Creating resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to relevant careerzynith departments when necessary
- Collaborating with careerzynith vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
- Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer service responsibilities
- Staying up-to-date with careerzynith products, services, and policies, and advising customers on their inquiries
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions

Qualifications:
* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
- Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
- Must be able to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
- Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
