Job Summary:

careerzynith is seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join its remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting careerzynith products and services. Job Responsibilities:

* Answer client requests, concerns, and demands through different correspondence channels, including telephone, email, visit, and web-based entertainment.

  • Create and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues, technical issues, or complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Document and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, including issues raised, solutions provided, and any subsequent actions required.
  • Ensure an elevated level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers, addressing their needs, and taking appropriate actions to resolve their concerns.
  • Provide specialized support and guidance to customers experiencing software or equipment issues, helping with setup, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers while relevant, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; four-year college degree preferred.

  • Past customer service or related experience is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Patient and empathetic while handling customer requests.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools is an asset.
  • Ability to work simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
