Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to join our Data Management team. This is a remote opportunity that requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights and weekends. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for phone/online research, data collection, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Phone/online research and data collection
- Data entry and management
- Administrative tasks, including data cleaning and organization
- Communication with clients and colleagues
- Meeting deadlines and working efficiently
Qualifications
* Previous experience in data entry or adjacent role
- Expertise using the internet as a research tool and computer savvy
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, with up to 29 hours available
- Professional, ambitious, adaptable and hard-working: attention to detail a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline-oriented
- Excellent telephone and customer-service skills (comfortable cold-calling)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Publisher & Excel
- Strong understanding of food, beverage & restaurant industry: especially classifications and types
- General understanding of menu structure
- Foodservice experience a plus

* The pay range for this position is between $14-$16 hourly, based on experience
