Job Summary

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing timely and accurate updates to customers. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat

  • Submit tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and provide updates to customers via email
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous experience in IT Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices
  • Experience with online chat and email support
  • Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
  • Certification in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
