Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices about requests for information on medication and benefits
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to the appropriate team member
- Adhering to and reinforcing careerzynith and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to careerzynith members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to and reinforce careerzynith and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on careerzynith policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed responses to member inquiries
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Nice-to-haves
* Call center experience
- Call center experience in the Healthcare industry
- Work from home (remote) experience
- Fluency in Spanish
