Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers about our products and services, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their inquiries

Training and Development

* Receive extensive paid training, up to 3 weeks in length, to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving business results and improving customer service

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate, starting at $15-$17.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay

• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, providing additional earning potential
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
