The Role

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner

  • Identify the type of assistance needed and ascertain the level of assistance required to resolve the inquiry
  • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Manage customer expectations and actively engage customers in online chat contexts
  • Assist customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendations, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment (via phone/email/chat)
  • Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting

Requirements

* Active listening skills and a results-oriented approach

  • Strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Proficient in navigating in a CRM and/or multiple software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote customer service environment

  • Familiarity with digital mailbox industry and its products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
