Job Description:

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to digitize the claims using the designated format provided by the company while ensuring the accurate input of all claim details. Consistently meeting the company's established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by clients - Digitize claims using the designated format provided by the company - Ensure accurate input of all claim details - Meet established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets - Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed

Requirements:

- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research - Good organizational skills - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner - Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field - 2-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field - Experience working with healthcare claims or insurance industry - Certification in data entry or a related field
