Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating hourly workforce to achieve high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
- Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
- Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
