Job Synopsis

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of Alaska Airlines. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, managing records, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our airline.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Accurately and efficiently process data, manage records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service representatives, and other departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and staying ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Four-year degree or two years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
