Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Applying advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
• Investigating client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preference analysis) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Forecasting content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Developing and implementing content launch and episode release strategies
• Testing marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Providing ad-hoc data analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth
• Effectively communicating key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

• Four-year college education in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
