Key Responsibilities and Overview

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in making every customer feel valued and supported throughout their travel experience. • Guiding customers through the ticketing and baggage check-in process as a Ticket Agent
• Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding as a Gate Agent
• Utilizing computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the check-in process
• Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers

Minimum Qualifications
