Role Overview

As a Program Manager / Customer Success at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Licensed Vocational School. You will be responsible for managing a sales funnel, working with government agencies and students to facilitate enrollment, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the process. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a sales funnel, working with government agencies and students to facilitate enrollment

  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to emails, calls, and government applications
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for growth and success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and stakeholders
  • Assist with the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including blog posts and social media content
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize processes
  • Participate in occasional odd jobs and special projects to support the growth and success of the school

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the education or sales industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets, with experience in writing and editing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with government agencies and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management

  • Blog writing experience, with a portfolio of published work
  • Experience working with government documents and applications
  • Familiarity with the education sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
