Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll work remotely from 6:00pm-2:30am, Monday through Thursday, and 3:30pm-12:00am on Sunday, earning a competitive hourly rate of $20. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and dispatching technicians to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries
* Initiating outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls
* Handling various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately
* Dispatching the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference
* Utilizing Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs
* Proactively communicating with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
* Communicating with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details
* Performing administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To live in Illinois and be familiar with the surrounding Chicagoland area
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
* Previous dispatch experience is a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail, ability to manage priorities, and workflow
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to work from home efficiently
* Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends
