Key Responsibilities

As an Appointment Scheduling Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for

  • Accurately inputting and transcribing text and numeric data from various sources into electronic systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Performing regular quality assurance checks to identify and rectify inaccuracies in data entry, maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Updating existing records with the latest information as it becomes available, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in our systems and processes.
  • Following established data processing protocols and maintaining confidentiality standards, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' sensitive information.
  • Organizing and managing document storage for source materials and resources, maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring easy access to relevant documents and information.
  • Achieving daily targets for data entry output and efficiency, meeting or exceeding productivity standards and contributing to the success of our team.
  • Supporting general office activities such as photocopying, faxing, and document management as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Required Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and data transcription tools, with a strong foundation in data entry and transcription principles.
  • The ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy, demonstrating exceptional typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some prior experience in relevant fields preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
