Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision, managing your time and priorities effectively.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, to ensure 24/7 customer support.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center roles, with a focus on escalation handling and customer experience.
