Responsibilities As a Remote Chat & Email Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding promptly to incoming chat and email inquiries from clients, prospects, and real estate agents, providing accurate and timely information about listings, rental availability, showing procedures, or service requests. * Troubleshooting common issues related to listings, portals, scheduling tools, or documentation, using internal systems to update customer records, log interactions, and escalate issues when needed. * Assisting with tenant or buyer concerns related to applications, maintenance, or transactions, identifying and forwarding leads or complex requests to the appropriate agent or department. * Maintaining consistent, professional written tone and following company communication guidelines, collaborating with other departments (marketing, leasing, property management) to resolve inquiries. * Monitoring multiple chats at once while maintaining accuracy and speed, staying informed about current listings, policies, and company updates. * Utilizing internal systems to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate issues as needed. * Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex inquiries and provide seamless support to clients.
