Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing live chat support to customers across various platforms, including websites and social media accounts

  • Utilizing provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise

  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll need:
