A Day in the Life:

As a Remote Contact Center Chat Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:

• Efficiently answer member inquiries and resolve problems through digital channels, including email, web, and mobile messaging, chat, and text.
• Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Discuss members' financial needs and provide solutions through multiple remote technology channels.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, and more.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of careerzynith's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to members through various digital channels.

• Resolve member inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Open and close deposit accounts, as well as process online membership applications.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with careerzynith's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and member service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT.
• Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program.
