Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer concerns and issues via phone, email, letter, or social media
  • Contacting customers to check account details and resolve any issues
  • Greeting customers warmly and determining the problem or cause for their call
  • Cancelling or upgrading accounts as necessary
  • Assisting with order placement, refunds, and exchanges
  • Providing detailed information about careerzynith and our products and services
  • Taking payment information and other vital details such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Placing or cancelling orders
  • Answering questions about warranties or sales conditions
  • Acting as the company's gatekeeper and ensuring that customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Providing suggestions for fixing products that have failed
  • Handling product recalls
  • Attempting to persuade customers to rethink cancelling their orders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Ability to obtain sales leads and identify customer needs
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers through open and engaging communication
  • Ability to provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Ability to meet sales and phone handling quotas for the personal/customer service team
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and provide suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes
  • Ability to track customer interactions, handle accounts, and file paperwork
  • Ability to follow all communication protocols, rules, and standards
  • Ability to go above and beyond to engage customers and provide exceptional experiences
