Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through live chat, email, and social media. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction
  • Utilize careerzynith's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on live chat support (training provided for those new to the field)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and professional responses to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, with a reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and live chat software
  • Knowledge of careerzynith's products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English is the primary language used in this role)
