Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Promote and sell blithequark's services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Process customer orders, cancellations, and provide comprehensive information about our services and offerings.
  • Address and resolve billing inquiries and complaints with precision, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database following interactions.
  • Stay informed about blithequark's services, pricing, and policies to effectively assist customers and address their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex customer issues, promoting a team-oriented and supportive environment.
  • Manage service disconnections and reconnections for customers with overdue payments, handling these situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Handle payment processing and collection for delinquent accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate active listening and multitasking skills during customer interactions, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications, adhering to blithequark's high standards of customer service.
  • Anticipate customer needs and present effective resolutions swiftly, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you should possess:

  • Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and providing them with the support they need.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry, is required. You should be proficient in handling customer inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
