Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agent with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and empathetic manner
• Providing product or service information and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Following client guidelines and completing all required training to ensure a high level of performance
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
• Working independently and meeting performance standards to deliver exceptional results
• Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal productivity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Comfort with basic technology and navigating multiple systems to ensure seamless communication
• A reliable computer, USB headset, and internet connection to ensure optimal performance
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You'll have the freedom to set your own hours and will be responsible for your own taxes.
