Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, improving overall customer service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Careerzynith products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
