Our Remote Customer Support Specialist program is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of tax preparation services. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through written and verbal communication. Here are some key details about the program:

  • Program duration:** January 13th, 2025 - April 15th, 2025
  • Commitment:** We prefer candidates who can commit to working all 14 weeks of the program, but we understand that flexibility is essential. If you're able to commit to the full program, you'll have the opportunity to work with our team and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Operating hours:** 8am - midnight EST, Monday - Sunday
  • Required minimum hours:** 30 hours per week
  • Peak period:** April 9th - 15th, with increased hours and bonus opportunities

To be successful as a Remote Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school graduate:** We're looking for individuals who have a strong foundation in education and are eager to learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts:** While not required, having a basic understanding of tax laws and concepts will be beneficial in this role.
  • Experience in a call center environment:** If you have experience working in a call center environment, you'll be well-suited for this role. However, we're open to candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills:** As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through written and verbal communication. If you have strong communication skills, you'll thrive in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle change:** Our team is dynamic and fast-paced, and we need individuals who can adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Strong technical skills:** You'll need to have intermediate knowledge of operating systems and software, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Windows 10 or 11:** You'll need to have Windows 10 or 11 installed on your computer.
  • AMD or Intel Core Series (I3-I9):** Your computer will need to have an AMD or Intel Core Series processor, with a minimum of I3 and a maximum of I9.
  • At least 8gb of RAM:** You'll need to have at least 8gb of RAM installed on your computer.
  • Webcam:** A webcam is required for video conferencing and communication with our team.
  • Wired mouse:** A wired mouse is necessary for navigation and communication.
