Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctors' offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving documents

  • Make outbound calls to doctors' offices to verify information and resolve issues
  • Process claims and ensure accurate and timely transmission to clients
  • Receive and process documents from both electronic and hard copy forms
  • Classify documents based on contract requirements and create a database of information
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools and ensure transmission to the appropriate next level
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working overtime as needed

Position Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Ability to pass typing test
  • Strong computer typing skills and ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with computers and navigating application software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Training and Development

* Mandatory paid training for 2-3 weeks

  • Starting pay of $14.50 during training, with the possibility of moving to a production-based rate after completion
  • Training shift hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm EST
  • Production hours: 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm EST, with the possibility of overtime

Compensation and Benefits

* Estimated salary range: $26,660-$33,250

  • Bonus or incentive opportunities based on business need
  • Variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time
