Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk & Excel Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data using a standard keyboard with high accuracy and speed
  • Verifying data from scanned documents into processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, meeting strict deadlines and productivity standards
  • Utilizing Excel and other software applications to perform data entry, report production, and document creation tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience entering data into a computer system
  • Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to alpha-numeric key a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors
  • Excellent comparison skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a remote setting
  • Strong understanding of data entry principles and procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
