Job Overview

We're seeking a meticulous and driven Data Entry Clerk to become a key member of our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and updating data within our database, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
  • Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Detecting and rectifying data discrepancies and inconsistencies
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborating with team members virtually to uphold data integrity and support organizational initiatives
  • Generating comprehensive reports and summaries to facilitate program evaluations and informed decision-making
  • Conducting routine backups and performing essential data maintenance tasks
  • Supporting other administrative functions as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in data management or related fields is advantageous)
