Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team to resolve data entry issues, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to careerzynith's data protection policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field (experience in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, etc. is a plus)
  • Strong typing skills (25 words per minute or higher)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
