Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
Data Entry & Verification:
+ Input and update large volumes of data into computer systems accurately and efficiently. + Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any discrepancies. + Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and accessibility.
Data Maintenance & Quality Assurance:
+ Organize, manage, and maintain data files to ensure accurate records. + Conduct data cleaning to identify and remove duplicate or outdated entries. + Adhere to data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Reporting & Documentation:
+ Generate reports or summaries as required by the management or relevant departments. + Document data entry activities and update relevant logs or tracking systems. + Respond to data inquiries and resolve any issues related to data accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication:
+ Coordinate with other departments to retrieve or verify necessary data. + Communicate data-related issues or improvements to team leaders or supervisors. + Participate in training sessions and stay updated with data entry software or system changes.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with data entry software.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
