Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of careerzynith's systems, processes, and procedures
  • Identify and report any data quality issues or discrepancies to the management team
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to careerzynith's data protection policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
